Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Applicable to Certificate Buyers)

When purchasing Litigation Certificates as part of this mass-participation program, please note that the purchase is considered a pure economic participation in the outcome of a specific litigation case and not the purchase of a physical product or ordinary digital service.

As a general rule, the right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act does not apply to this type of agreement (cf. § 18, subsection 2, no. 13), as it involves a financial service subject to fluctuations beyond our control.

By completing your purchase, you accept that it is binding, and you waive any right to cancel or receive a refund, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with True Friend ApS.
